Renewing the potential of ABC2.org as a hub for educating patients helped the organization motivate providers and connect with researchers.
The fight against brain cancer calls for ceaseless resilience in the face of despair. It requires a willingness to invest in bringing the right people to the table, and the courage to reimagine the entire research and treatment landscape. This is what the folks at Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure (ABC2) believe, and they’re living it everyday. CHIEF’s team knew that ABC2 needed a website that reflected the relentless spirit of its mission in order to inspire greater awareness and support.
To construct a vision for the new website, CHIEF led intake interviews and additional research including an audit of the site’s content, an assessment of SEO performance and a review of user analytics. These key insights inspired the sitemap and wireframes CHIEF created to encourage user engagement, as well as a content strategy and design that supported ABC2’s mission: to challenge conventional wisdom, transcend the current system and turn the search for the cure into the cure itself.

…and a resource that’s serving more users than ever: our work resulted in a 22% increase in pageviews and a 67% increase in pages per session. And the time-on-site average? It doubled (from 0:59 to 2:22).
