Position Details

We are seeking an organized and innovative marketing communications professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience (including internships) to join our team. The Marketing Strategist will work at CHIEF headquarters with a team supporting one of our government clients.

What You'll Do

  • Implement and manage the day-to-day management of social media channels
  • Build and execute email campaigns to increase marketing performance metrics
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing and communication strategies using a variety of channels (e.g., website, email newsletters, social media, multimedia)
  • Identify opportunities to extend reach among target audiences
  • Create and coordinate integrated marketing plans across multiple groups to ensure timely execution of marketing efforts
  • Effectively manage marketing production and dissemination schedules
  • Define metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and communication efforts
  • Improve customer engagement processes, procedures, tools and communication channels that enable the client to produce positive results that enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction.

What It Takes

  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • Experience creating and monitoring content on digital channels such as email and social
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with peers, clients, senior management and other technical teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree required
