Named one of FedScoop’s “Top 25 Most Influential People Under 40 in Gov and Tech” in 2013, Amanda Nguyen leads CHIEF's marketing strategy practice and oversees CHIEF’s team of brand, digital and content strategists. Through partnership and collaboration with clients, Amanda works to design smart, focused and incredibly inspiring solutions. With over 10 years of experience working for a federal agency leading change in the media and digital communications space, she offers the CHIEF team a unique perspective to help guide innovative and effective marketing programs throughout the development and implementation lifecycle.
Amanda is a three-time panelist at SXSW Interactive, and frequent speaker on digital strategy, team development and innovation on media programs and conferences in the DC tech space. She stays zen through teaching yoga on the weekends.
Amanda earned a BA in Government and International Affairs with a minor in Business Administration from George Mason University, as well as an MA from the George Washington University’s School of Media and Public Affairs.
Seeing where my husband was born in Vietnam and learning more about his family’s heritage was such a moving experience. The people, the land, the culture and the cuisine are the best I have met, seen and sampled! We can't wait to go back.
