Mariam makes it her mission to turn illogical and often outdated web products into sleek and seamless digital services that capture audience’s attention and serve user’s needs. With a broad background in user experience strategy and design, Mariam is committed to industry best practices, including accessibility, responsive design and plain language standards. But above all, she loves the challenge of untangling complex content and design dilemmas to get to heart of what users want and need. Mariam’s user-first focus is made possible by her expert ability to evaluate user feedback and Google Analytics data—reading between the lines to determine trends and make data-driven recommendations. Mission accomplished, Mariam!
